• diagnose & repair: accurately troubleshoot and fix specialty ice machines, walk-in coolers/freezers, and prep refrigerators.
• preventative maintenance: keep customer equipment running efficiently and hunt for potential safety or maintenance hazards.
• manage jobs: research parts, calculate costs, prepare accurate quotes, and handle customer payments.
• grow professionally: participate in quarterly performance reviews designed to recognize your hard work, track goals, and boost your personal development.

• experience: minimum of 2 years in the refrigeration service industry.

• education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• testing: ability to pass a basic mechanical/refrigeration aptitude test with a score of 70% or higher.
• screening: a clean background check and a clean driving record.
• references: must provide at least 5 professional references upon application.

• valid driver's license with a clean record
• must be at least 18 years of age
• proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
• the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
