Seasonal Luxury Client Experience Specialist
The Vault Luxury Resale is a nationally recognized, second-generation, women-owned company specializing in high-end luxury resale. We are looking for a part-time Seasonal Luxury Client Experience Specialist who is passionate about helping our clients find exceptional luxury items. Position may have the opportunity to become permanent after the holiday season depending on store needs and performance.
You will be the master of the final client experience, expertly handling every interaction from greeting to gratitude. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the Point of Sale (POS) system, from opening the terminal to executing flawless payments and meticulously closing out the register at the end of the day.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide each customer through our curated collections, ensuring a warm, personal, and inviting shopping experience.
- Process transactions smoothly and accurately using our POS system, handling all payments with care.
- Build client relationships by addressing questions promptly and directing shoppers to the appropriate team members when needed.
- Keep clients informed about sales, promotions, and special events.
- Package customer purchases with care and luxury presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated sales floor and cash wrap environment.
- Receive specialized cross-training to support sales across our luxury handbag, designer shoe, and fine jewelry boutiques.
- Perform other store duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail and POS experience (boutique or luxury retail preferred).
- A passion for the fashion industry.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and comfortably stand for extended periods of time.
- Part-time, seasonal, in-store position (up to 25 hours per week).
- Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month.
