Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly
Window Rama is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team!
The Service Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our customers after their purchase by answering service-related calls, scheduling in-home appointments, and coordinating with our Service Technicians, manufacturers, and sales teams.

What You'll Do- Answer customer calls and emails and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule in-home service appointments for our Service Technicians
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, manufacturers, and sales team members
- Assist customers with service-related questions and concerns
- Follow up on service requests and help ensure issues are resolved
- Maintain accurate records and complete required reports
- Assist with training new hires and cross-training team members
- Perform additional administrative and service-related tasks as needed
- 1–3 years of customer service, post-sales service, or similar experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience with AS400 or a similar system is a plus
- Call center, scheduling, or dispatch experience is a plus
- Building materials or home improvement industry experience is a plus
Pay rate: $18-$22 per hour
