Accounting Manager

We are working with a well established organization to identify an Accounting Manager to support a multi-entity property portfolio. This is a full-time, stable role offering hybrid flexibility, meaningful ownership of accounting, and exposure to joint venture reporting.

This role stands out for its hybrid schedule with three days in office, stable platform with long term growth, exposure to joint venture reporting and SEC filings, and broad accounting ownership with cross-functional visibility.

• Accurate and timely month-end close and reporting
• On-time completion of JV reporting packages and budget reviews
• Strong adherence to SOX controls and internal processes
• Effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Monthly close activities including account and cash reconciliations
• Preparation and review of monthly financial packages for JV partners
• Oversight of monthly reporting for a multi-entity portfolio
• Variance analysis and review of recoveries
• Annual budgeting for select internally managed entities
• Review of agreements to ensure proper accounting setup and tracking
• Maintenance of SOX documentation and internal controls
• Quarterly and annual schedules supporting SEC reporting
• Audit support and coordination with operational stakeholders
• Ad hoc projects supporting Asset Management and leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-entity environment

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and macros
• Detail oriented, deadline driven, and comfortable juggling priorities
• Strong communicator who works well across teams
