What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk within our Finance division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. This position is responsible for processing invoices and managing payment status requests. Other responsibilities include cross‑training in other Accounts Payable positions and assisting with updating AP documentation.
How We WorkAs an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Brentwood
- Formal, hands‑on training.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Processing, uploading and auditing invoices.
- Maintaining the AP mailbox to ensure inquiries and invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Researching and resolving outstanding checks.
- High School diploma is required minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience and/or training and previous data entry skills required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a high level of organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be able to complete work within the stated deadline.
- Basic telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Must be proficient in data entry. Experience with D365 is a plus.
