Billing Clerk

Position Overview:

Motorcarsis seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle sales transactions, funding documents, and billingacross internal departments and external partners.

• Process and finalize all vehicle salesbilling
• Post car deals and verify all required documentation is complete
• Reconcile schedules and resolve anybillingdiscrepancies
• Coordinate with sales managers and finance teams on outstanding items
• Maintain accurate deal files in accordance with state and company guidelines
• Assist with DMV paperwork and title processing as needed

• Prior automotivebillingexperience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dealership management software (e.g.,
  Dealer track
  or similar systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
