- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- ERP systems, revenue accounting software, Salesforce, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal departments, clients, and leadership teams.
- Accuracy in revenue calculations, system imports, and financial reporting.
- Adaptability and sound judgment to work effectively in a changing, evolving environment, and to take initiative in resolving issues as processes shift.
The Senior Staff Accountant - Revenue plays a key role in managing revenue accounting related to all fees within a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) environment. This position is responsible for processing and analyzing fees, ensuring the accuracy of system imports, and reconciling revenue transactions. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments to keep revenue accurate and complete, and the ability to adapt readily as processes, systems, and priorities continue to evolve.
