Administrative & Accounting Coordinator Color Burst Landscapes | Brentwood, TNFull-Time | On-Site
Color Burst Landscapes is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support our Brentwood branch.
This role is primarily focused on accounting and financial administration, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment follow-up, and financial recordkeeping. You'll also provide administrative support to branch operations, sales, payroll, and employees.

What You'll Do- Process and enter invoices accurately and on time
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and other accounting tasks
- Support payroll preparation and employee data entry
- Assist with new-hire onboarding and employee records
- Coordinate H-2B travel and accommodations when needed
- Support sales contracts, customer records, and branch documentation
- Answer calls and assist employees, customers, and vendors
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to branch leadership
- Help keep office processes organized, accurate, and efficient
- Previous experience with billing, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with accounting, ERP, payroll, or similar business systems preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred
Schedule & Work Environment- Full-time, on-site position in Brentwood, TN
- Typically Monday–Friday during standard business hours
- Occasional flexibility outside normal business hours may be needed
- Occasional travel to other branches or offices
- Primarily office-based with frequent computer use
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or files up to 20 lbs.
