My Senior Health Plan is looking for upbeat, compassionate individuals who possess native level fluency in both English and Spanish, are hardworking, reliable, and committed to doing their best every day! Essential Responsibilities:
THIS IS A FULL TIME, ONSITE POSITION. This is NOT a Remote/Hybrid position.Responds to customer inquiries and issues with thoroughness, professionalism, & in a timely manner.Efficiently processes administrative tasks as assigned, adjusting workload for occasional outbound calling or data input projects.Essential Duties:
Be able to communicate professionally with both English speaking and Spanish speaking clients (Native level fluency required in reading/writing/speaking)Outbound/inbound calling projectsAnswer incoming calls and fielding appropriately through an automatic dialerTransfers viable leads to My Senior Health Plan Inc. sales teamCompletes intake of prospect and client data through CRM (Salesforce).Data entry of incoming leadsGeneral data inputRespond to client emailsCustomer serviceOrganizes, files, and faxes applications and documentsBack-up to all Administrative functionsWorking closely with the Administrative Team to continue developmentSchedule:
8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayRequirements
Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of)+3 years of administrative/clerical experienceFluent in English and SpanishExperience with CRMsExcellent phone presenceExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishProfessional and personable demeanorHighly organizedDetail-orientedProficiency with all MS Office applicationsExcellent multi-taskerEagerness to learn new tasks and grow with the companyInitiative to take on additional responsibilitiesOpen and enthusiastic about coachingMaintains a sense of urgency with all tasksExperience with auto-dialer preferredPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
