Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations and maintenance of corporate office, working closely with the Office Manager. The Facilities Coordinator will be a key partner, liaising with corporate real estate, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace environment. This role offers a hybrid work schedule based primarily in the Brentwood office.

Facility Coordinator Direct Hire position

Location:

Brentwood TN (Onsite 4 days/week, remote 1 day/week)

Responsibilities
  • Log, track, and monitor service requests and work orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Order office supplies and equipment, process purchase receipts and invoices, and maintain accurate records for facility-related expenditures.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for facility repairs, cleaning, security, landscaping, and other maintenance needs.
  • Assist the Office Manager in communicating facility updates and operational changes to internal teams.
  • Foster and promote a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in-field
Experience
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in facilities coordination, property management, or real estate support.
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, facilities management software, and Coupa invoicing system.
  • Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
