THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PR Coordinator for a 90-day contract, with the potential for extension. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days onsite per week. The PR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Investor and Public Relations activities, including event logistics, project support, calendar and travel management, and expense reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of direct office administration experience, preferably supporting corporate, executive, or investor relations teams, and will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skill.
This is a fast-paced environment where strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
- Manage and maintain the Investor Relations database and information flow, handling confidential and non-routine information.
- Serve as the first point of contact for investors, representing the company with professionalism and tact.
- Track and record meeting histories and investment community contacts in the CRM database.
- Download and prepare first drafts of Analyst Report emails for the executive team.
- Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies, procedures, and executive actions.
- Support the SVP, Investor & Public Relations, and team with ad hoc PowerPoint and graphics requests.
- Coordinate event participation, planning, and logistics for Investor & Public Relations activities.
- Organize and manage complex calendar schedules, requiring frequent communication with both internal and external contacts.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel for executives and team members.
- Prepare expense reports in compliance with company policies, manage filing, sort and distribute mail, and greet and welcome visitors.
- 1-2 years of direct office administration experience in a corporate, executive, or investor relations environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High degree of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing databases and handling confidential information.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and event logistics.
- Ability to prepare reports, support presentations, and respond to information requests.
