Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information
• Report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish and monitor follow-up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and provide frequent updates to customers
• Verify that final invoices reconcile with the work performed on the repair order
• Clearly explain all completed vehicle maintenance and charges to customers
• Work collaboratively with Technicians and Valet Drivers to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery
• Ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience

• Experience with Reynolds Ignite preferred
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
• Must present strong computer skills
• Must have the ability to learn new systems
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
