The Role
We are hiring a Service Coordinator to support a global provider of cleaning, sanitation, and water treatment solutions that serves the food service, hospitality, and facilities industries. This fully remote role supports field service teams across multiple U.S. time zones by coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support. This position plays an important part in helping field associates deliver high-quality service and operational excellence.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will manage a high volume of service requests, dispatch technicians, and maintain schedules for a large field team. You will work closely with service leadership to support operational goals and help drive service effectiveness. This position reports to the Service Operations Supervisor or Manager and supports over 300 field associates. You will also collaborate with field partners to solve problems, optimize workflows, and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
WhatYou Will Do
- Process and manage high-volume service requests
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations
- Maintain and adjust staffing schedules based on service needs
- Optimize technician availability, routes, and operational performance
- Partner with leadership to meet service retention and growth goals
- Collaborate with field associates to resolve issues and improve operations
Required
- Must have the ability to work a rotating weekend coverage schedule.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (including military experience)
- Experience with call centers, customer service, Excel functions, and Microsoft applications
Preferred
- Associate degree or trade school certification
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Dispatching or route service experience
- Meeting organization experience
- Industry experience in food service, hospitality, laundry, housekeeping, or pool and spa
