** to help ensure our songwriters and partners are cared for with excellence and integrity.
** What You’ll Do
** As a Publishing Royalty Analyst, you will:
* Process and prepare publishing royalty statements with accuracy and timeliness.
* Collaborate with our copyright team on new deals and song research using trusted resources.
* Manage incoming royalty data, statements, and portals for seamless operations.
* Support royalty runs, payments, and quarterly reporting for songwriters and catalogs.
* Ensure all work is handled with excellence, integrity, and alignment with our mission.

** What We’re Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Music Business, or a related field (preferred).
* 2–3 years of experience in publishing royalty administration (internships included).
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office tools.
* Working knowledge of song publishing royalties, copyright laws, and publishing practices.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
* Experience with
** Vistex Music Maestro
** is a plus.
