Role OverviewThe Senior Manager of Revenue Analytics & Procurement will own the measurement, optimization, and enablement of all revenue-driving initiatives across Crush Yard. This role blends data analytics, commercial strategy, all procurement, serving as a critical partner to Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Leadership.
This leader will transform data into actionable insights, identify revenue gaps and opportunities, and ensure the right technologies and processes are in place to support scale, while maintaining a nonstop focus on lowering costs across every aspect of the business; from labor to food costs, and fully leveraging existing revenue streams. Success will be measured by increased profits as well as an improved guest experience.
RevenueAnalytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze all revenue-driving initiatives, including food & beverage, court bookings, events, memberships, promotions, and partnerships.
- Develop and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports by location, channel, revenue stream and labor statistics.
- Identify sales gaps, trends, and opportunities, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that deliver real-time visibility into performance.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to support forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
- Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and yield management opportunities.
- Monitor performance of marketing and operational initiatives against revenue impact.
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and action plans.
- Support new location openings with baseline reporting, benchmarks, and performance tracking.
- Lead technology and vendor procurement related to revenue, analytics, and operations.
- Evaluate and manage platforms such as POS, booking systems, CRM, loyalty, event management, and reporting tools.
- Oversee, manage, and personally execute technology integrations, ensuring systems communicate effectively and data integrity is maintained.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue, efficiency, or guest experience.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cost-effective, scalable solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, both FOH and BOH Operations, Events, IT, and Finance teams.
- Create standardized reporting and performance measurement across all locations.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Establish best practices and processes as the company continues to scale.
- 5 – 7+ years of experience in revenue analytics, business intelligence, finance, or commercial strategy, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or entertainment.
- Proven experience building and interpreting sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, integrations, and vendor management.
- Experience managing procurement processes and negotiating vendor partnerships.
- Highly analytical with the ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Applicant should reside within the Orlando, Charleston or Nashville market.
