We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our Rev Ops team. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, Product, and Operations to support the processes and data that power our revenue engine.
The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn - someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying inefficiencies, and helping improve how teams work together across the organization.

- Support day-to-day Revenue Operations activities across Sales, Business Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, Product, and Operations.
- Assist with data hygiene initiatives to monitor and maintain CRM data integrity
- Help identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing revenue processes and suggest improvements
- Support reporting requests and assist with validating data used in dashboards and forecasts
- Assist with documentation of workflows, playbooks, and process updates
- Participate in and collaborate on cross-functional projects related to revenue operations
- Learn Rev Ops best practices through hands‑on experience and mentorship
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self‑disciplined with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Ability to leverage AI tools in corporately approved and responsible ways to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- This role is designed to grow alongside the business and offers exposure across the full revenue lifecycle
- Hybrid work schedule – 3 days per week in office
