We're seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-centered Project Manager to drive project success for financial institutions nationwide. This role partners closely with our Sales and Client Manager teams to implement innovative product strategies, ensure seamless project delivery, and provide ongoing support that strengthens client relationships and generates sustainable fee income for our organization.

• Manage end-to-end project timelines for new and existing client initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Facilitate weekly meetings for new client onboarding and monthly strategic reviews for existing accounts
• Develop and execute comprehensive customer communication plans that enhance client engagement.
• Oversee design, production, and budget management of marketing and merchandising materials
• Manage website and mobile app development projects to optimize client and end-user experiences
• Track project progress at granular levels using software platforms, maintaining detailed documentation
• Serve as primary point of contact for addressing project changes, risks, and issue resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in financial services
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Web Ex, and Salesforce
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience with financial institutions or fee-based service models
• Additional CRM or project management software experience
• Background in digital marketing or web development coordination

Annual Salary - based on individual/experience
