Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in commercial project management
Must hold a bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in construction project management is essential
No specific software expertise required – training will be provided to all candidates
Local candidates only; relocation assistance is not available
As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Project Manager throughout the entire construction process, from preconstruction to final project delivery. Working closely with estimators, you will oversee the financial success of the project from inception to completion. Serving as a primary point of contact for the client, you will ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with the Project Manager.
Understanding that project success is defined by client satisfaction, financial performance, profitability, and adherence to schedules
Demonstrated track record of managing commercial construction projects for 1-2+ years
Proficiency in drafting scopes of work for subcontract exhibits
Ability to create and adjust CPM schedules according to project needs
Comprehension of scheduling basics to support project team members
Skill in advancing project schedules while collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, owners, and designers
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 12 months (no DUIs in the last 36 months)
