We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grading and Utility Laborer to join our team at Covenant Constructors LLC. As a Grading and Utility Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction and utility projects by assisting with tasks related to grading, excavation, and utility installation. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in grading and excavation activities, including operating heavy equipment under supervision.
  • Help install and maintain utility systems such as water, sewer, and drainage pipelines.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, and back filling.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively within the team.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
