At Towne Place Suites by Marriott, our Front Desk Agents are the friendly faces and calm problem-solvers guests remember. And since this is a brand-new hotel, you’ll be part of the opening crew—the team that sets the vibe, builds the culture, and helps bring this hotel to life from day one.

You’re often the first “hello” and the last “see you next time,” so you know your attitude can turn a good stay into a great one. Whether you’re welcoming an excited family kicking off their vacation or helping a road-weary traveler who just needs a smooth check-in and a smile, you show up with warmth, confidence, and a can-do spirit.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

• Be part of the opening team of a brand-new Towne Place Suites by Marriott (yes, bragging rights included)

• Deliver memorable first impressions and friendly farewells every single day

• Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone with professionalism and personality

• Confidently check guests in and out using hotel systems while handling cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to make a guest’s day a little easier

• Work alongside a supportive team that believes great service should feel genuine—not scripted

The Basics

You’ll need strong English communication skills and be comfortable reading, writing, and speaking fluently. This role involves regular computer use and multiple software systems. Expect plenty of movement, standing throughout your shift, and the occasional need to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
