SEASONAL ORDER MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Duration: From September to December/January.

Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, On-Site.

eCard Systems is a leading provider of outsourced gift card solutions, serving over 100,000 merchants in the restaurant, retail, service, spa, and hospitality industries. As both a gift card manufacturer and processor, we manage the full life cycle of card program services, from onboarding and production through ongoing merchant support, seamlessly integrating with top POS providers including Toast, Square, and Spot On.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our Inside Customer Service and Order Management team for our upcoming busy season. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy ensuring customers receive outstanding service, this role is for you.

• Accurately process new orders and reorders for business clients.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate sample requests and follow up to convert them into orders.
• Assist customers in selecting the best products and services for their needs.
• Guide orders through the approval process into production, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in order entry systems and comfortable using computer applications.
• Experience in print production or retail technology is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
