What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice our clients rely on throughout their Medicare journey.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing outstanding customer support by phone and email.
  • Answering client questions with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Conducting verification, enrollment, and follow‑up calls.
  • Processing insurance applications and maintaining accurate client records in our CRM Hub Spot.
  • Tracking application status and coordinating with insurance carriers to ensure timely service.
  • Preparing enrollment materials and client documentation.
  • Supporting our licensed agents and sales team with client outreach and administrative tasks.
  • Creating a positive, stress‑free experience for every client interaction.
What Makes You a Great Fit

You genuinely enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering exceptional service. You're organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or administrative experience, or an associate degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Korean
    .
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot, or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, Medicare, or senior services.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $21.50 to $24.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity
