Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Dance Instructors to join our Rhythm & Spirit Dance Program. We are looking to hire four (4) instructors
, with positions open until filled
.

• Part-time position
• Flat-rate pay (rate varies by class/program)
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Background check required

Program Overview

Instructors will teach dance classes for participants ranging from age 3 through adult
. Classes run from August through May
, with additional summer camp opportunities available.

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach age-appropriate dance techniques and class content specific to assigned dance styles
• Maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain order during classes
• Choreograph and prepare recital dances
• Attend required instructor trainings and meetings
• Follow all program policies and guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Dance experience required
• Strong punctuality and dependability
• Ability to contribute to a supportive, safe, and engaging environment for participants

Classes are held at dance studios located in Franklin
, Spring Hill
, Nolensville
, and Fairview
.
