This is a hybrid role which requires two days per week in office.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on handling projects of all sizes and types, offering opportunities for independent work on smaller projects and mentorship on more complex ones. You will learn and grow from concept to construction completion with coordinated in‑house collaboration across disciplines. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels.

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for all sizes and types of projects, from project design to construction completion. This involves collaborating with multiple disciplines, managing time, and communicating technical details formally.

• Accredited bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
• Practical Revit experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
• Demonstrated success in project design, time management, and technical/formal communication skills

• PE, or has EI and is in the process of preparing for the exam
