The KXN is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a successful Wealth Management firm seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor ready for their next move. This opportunity is a unique chance for advisors who are thinking about going independent or starting their own RIA—to have that freedom and autonomy while still having full back‑office support and all expenses covered.

• Serve as the primary advisor for UHNW/HNW clients, delivering highly personalized financial planning and advice.
• Build and oversee customized investment portfolios aligned with each client’s goals and risk profile.
• Develop integrated strategies across retirement, tax, estate, and multi‑generational planning.
• Collaborate with internal investment, planning, and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Drive business development through referrals, relationship building, networking, and firm‑supported marketing initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead or Primary Advisor
• Active advisor licenses (Series 65, 66, or 7)
• Existing book of business with a growth‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable sourcing and developing new client relationships

• Fee‑only, fiduciary wealth‑management firm
• Custom portfolio construction (not a model‑only approach)
• Dedicated internal support teams for operations and client service
• Flexible compensation (W‑2 or 1099), benefits, and 401(k) match
• Revenue‑sharing and long‑term upside opportunities
• Flexible schedule with hybrid/remote options
