Financial Planning Associate
Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Associate to support advisors with client data analysis, plan preparation, and operational tasks. Ideal for someone pursuing growth in financial planning and client service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing financial plans by reviewing and analyzing client information
- Support client service needs and help prepare for meetings
- Process account requests and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct research on investments and planning topics
- Create reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Contribute to operational and planning projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or advisory support
- Licenses/designations (Series 7, 65/66, CFP®) preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a support-focused, analytical role
