As part of the firm's growth in outsourced accounting and advisory services, they are seeking a CPA to step into a leadership role within this expanding practice.

Position Summary:

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for a CPA with a background in outsourced accounting, advisory services, or CFO-level consulting. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge and a client-centric mindset, with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and grow the firm's outsourced accounting and client advisory services practice
• Manage key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and financial partner
• Lead and mentor staff while ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting and tax compliance
• Design and implement efficient accounting processes and systems for clients
• Provide strategic guidance to business owners and executives across various industries
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated solutions to clients

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license (required)
• Strong foundation in both accounting and tax
• Prior experience with a local CPA firm, outsourced accounting provider, or CFO/advisory services firm strongly preferred
• Experience managing client engagements and leading teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
