FP&A Manager (Fully Remote)
Salary:
Up to $150,000
Travel: 25%
A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a hands‑on FP&A Manager leader to support strategic growth across 30+ multi‑state clinic locations. This role partners directly with the CEO and senior leadership and plays a key part in scaling operations and improving financial performance.
MUST BE A RESIDENT OF TENNESSEE.
Responsibilities Of The FP&A Manager- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑entity financial modeling
- Build and maintain detailed models, dashboards, and executive‑level financial presentations
- Analyze provider compensation models, productivity metrics, and profitability across locations
- Support new clinic openings, acquisitions, due diligence, and integration planning (travel required)
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A/corporate finance experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non‑financial leaders
- Strong presentation skills with executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
