Loan Operations Specialist / Manager

We're partnering with a growing commercial lending organization seeking a Loan Operations Specialist or Manager to support and administer its commercial loan portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial loan servicing, loan operations, banking, or financial services who enjoys working directly with borrowers, lenders, and internal stakeholders while ensuring smooth loan administration throughout the life of each loan.

• Manage commercial loans from closing through payoff, including payment processing and ongoing loan maintenance
• Serve as a primary point of contact for borrower servicing inquiries
• Monitor loan performance, payment activity, and covenant compliance
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation
• Prepare loan statements, payoff letters, and portfolio reports
• Support loan modifications, extensions, amendments, and payoffs
• Assist with compliance, audits, and portfolio reporting initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in commercial loan servicing, loan operations, banking, or financial services
• Commercial real estate lending and/or business lending experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency with loan servicing systems, Excel, and document management tools
