- Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the division, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
- Provide oversight and leadership on financial controls, month‑end financial close, and budget preparation process.
- Responsible for driving strategic operational and financial operations initiatives for the Division.
- Responsible for front and back‑end revenue cycle operations including oversight of internal CBO operations and revenue cycle IT/operational vendor partners.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
- Develop and implement financial metrics to monitor performance and drive accountability across the division.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts.
- Foster a high‑performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Applicants should have a bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Finance, Accounting or a related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare required.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a high‑performing team.
- High level experience with financial software and systems.
