Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Consult with internal partners to assess internal and external communication needs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive communication plans regarding treasury products and service changes for internal teams and clients.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and optimization of treasury solutions.
- Provide training, presentations, and resources on treasury solutions and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and organized project documentation and track key deliverables.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and enterprise functions to drive awareness and ensure alignment to organizational standards.
- Utilize work collaboration tools to manage tasks, share information, and communicate project updates.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend enhancements and maintain a consultative edge.
- Manage the TM Communications processes: monthly newsletter, distribution lists, create and management of TM Compass site.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, associates, and cross-functional partners.
- Capable of facilitating meetings, delivering presentations, and responding effectively to inquiries from executive management, associates, and external clients.
- Experience developing sales materials, product fact sheets, and other communications relevant to Treasury Management products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of serving as a consultant for client-facing solutions, including needs assessment, strategy development, and solution implementation.
- Proficient with work collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and project management applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of relevant banking experience required
- Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or project management role is highly preferred.
