Senior Internal Auditor

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Senior Internal Auditor to fulfill an immediate need.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Build and lead operational audits from scratch, including developing audit strategy, identifying key risks, defining scope, and establishing testing approaches.
• Partner directly with business leaders to understand operations, processes, and objectives and identify areas of risk and opportunity.
• Execute risk-based audits through interviews, research, data analysis, testing, and evaluation of internal controls and business processes.
• Evaluate operational and financial risks, identify control gaps and process inefficiencies, and develop practical recommendations to mitigate risk.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings, risks, and recommendations to business leadership.
• Manage audits from planning through completion while communicating status, key findings, and emerging risks to Internal Audit leadership.
• Build strong relationships across the business and serve as a trusted advisor on risk, controls, and process improvement.
• Provide value-added recommendations that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and risk management.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 4+ years of audit/assurance experience specific to operational audits
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CIA a PLUS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
