Virtual Health Facilitator

Position: Virtual Health Facilitator Full Time Days

** This role will support the following school districts:
Van Buren, Scott, Oneida, and Cumberland
**** BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- ** Supervisory Responsibilities** - NO
** JOB REQUIREMENTS
**** Minimum Education
*** High School Diploma/GED Required
* Associates Degree in Computer Science, Health/Medical, or related field preferred
** Minimum Work Experience
*** 3 months of pediatric experience preferred
* 1-year experience preferred
* 1-year virtual health/telemedicine experience preferred
** Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**⚬ Effective communication skills⚬ Strong computer skills pertinent to use of laptops and tablets⚬ Implementation experience preferred⚬ Excellent interpersonal skills and confident interactions with community partners⚬ Travel to off-site locations throughout the region⚬ Excellent problem solving are required as is the ability to multi-task and to work both independently and within a team⚬

Experience with Apple products preferred
** PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
** Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required. Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending, and reaching is required. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required
