Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient registration across various programs, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient checkouts to support efficient clinic operations.
• Process WIC EBT card disbursements and vital records, maintaining accurate records.
• Manage medical records with confidentiality and precision.
• Handle multiple tasks while demonstrating excellent keyboarding and computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in customer service delivery and/or clerical/office work.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
