Mental Health Therapist

Concord Family Counseling is a private practice serving children, teens, young adults, parents, couples, and families in Williamson County.

We are intentionally building a high-standard clinical environment. We are seeking a mature, grounded therapist who values depth, collaboration, and meaningful systems work.

This is not a high-volume, insurance-driven model. We prioritize thoughtful case conceptualization, risk competence, and strong clinical presence.

• Start at 12–18 clinical hours per week
• Opportunity to grow to 18–22 hours
• Services may include individuals, couples, parent work, groups, and intensives
• Referrals and marketing support provided
• Monthly clinical consultation
• In-person role in Brentwood, TN
• Afternoon and early evening availability preferred

• 50/50 split to start
• Average session fee: $160
• Additional earning potential through groups and monthly intensives

This role offers strong earning potential without high-volume burnout.

• Licensed in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW)
• or
• Pre-licensed and actively working toward full licensure
• Clinical experience outside of graduate internship required
• Experience working with teens and families
• Comfortable assessing and managing risk
• Strong case conceptualization skills
• Systems-oriented thinker
• Emotionally steady and professionally mature
• Open to feedback and ongoing growth
