Own the night shift (11 pm7 am), running basic audit procedures that keep daily revenue, cash, and credit transactions balanced and in order;
Close out the day with accuracy including reviewing activity, preparing nightly reports, and verifying that everything ties out;
Provide overnight Front Desk support: welcoming late arrivals, handling check-ins/check-outs, answering phones, and assisting with guest needs;
Maintain a calm, professional presence that reinforces our brands reputation for genuine service day or night;
Troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence, whether its a billing question or a pillow request at 2 am
