Job Summary
The Leave of Absence and Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company’s Total Rewards strategy with including a focus on Leave of Absence (LOA) administration. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and employee‑friendly management of all leave programs, while also supporting benefits administration, compensation activities, data audits, and rewards program oversight. The analyst will partner closely with facility HR teams, Payroll, Benefits vendors, and employees to deliver seamless service and maintain the integrity of Total Rewards programs.

Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi‑state leave regulations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfort working with HRIS systems, benefits platforms, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with an employee‑centric mindset.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field - or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of leave management experience required
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Total Rewards, Benefits or Compensation
- Experience using Ulti Pro, WFM, Cognos (UKG advanced reporting tool), or Benfitsolver preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- CEBS, CCP, CPP, SHRN, or PHR certifications a plus
