About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience who can support and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The role requires hands-on expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO, social media management, Hub Spot, and paid campaigns
. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day execution to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO / AEO / GEO Execution
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize content for traditional search, AI-driven answer engines, and generative platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor tracking.
- Social Media Management
- Assist in creating and scheduling posts across social channels (Linked In, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and support in community interactions.
- Hub Spot & Marketing Automation
- Execute Hub Spot workflows, email campaigns, and reports.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and support lead nurturing activities.
- Paid Campaigns Support
- Assist in setting up, running, and monitoring campaigns on Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Track budgets and report on performance metrics.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Pull data from Google Analytics, Hub Spot, and ad platforms.
- Share reports and insights with the marketing team for ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, Hub Spot, Google Ads, and social platforms
. - Strong execution and coordination skills.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
