  • Confirms all change outputs are actionable, accurate, and support operational readiness and adoption across Ardent.
  • Identifies, tracks, and escalates change‑related risks, gaps, and dependencies through program governance.
  • Maintains the enterprise change impact tracker and ensures impacts are understood across all stakeholder groups.
  • Secures active participation from HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Audit, Compliance, Legal, and other operational leaders and SMEs.
  • Ensures change management is embedded in design, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Conducts readiness assessments, develops mitigation plans, and tracks adoption indicators to ensure the organization is prepared for go‑live.
  • Builds and manages the Change Network and Super User community, ensuring leaders facilitate engagement and cascade communications.
  • Partners with internal communications to develop, review, approve, and distribute messaging that clearly explains what is changing, when, and why.
  • Ensures visible executive sponsorship, reinforces leader‑led change expectations, and provides an independent perspective to balance Ardent and SI recommendations.
