Position SummaryMid-level Database Administrator responsible for managing, securing, and maintaining enterprise databases across MSSQL / SQL Server.
Responsibilities- Ensure database security, integrity, and availability by developing and enforcing policies.
- Design and implement data models, schemas, and database structures.
- Develop and maintain data access, tables, and database code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, capacity, and replication issues.
- Support distributed data systems and optimize database operations.
- 4–6 years of DBA or related experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with SQL Server / MSSQL
- Familiarity with standard DBA tools, practices, and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Works under general supervision, with opportunity for independent judgment and problem-solving
- Requires creativity and flexibility in handling varied tasks
