Job Summary and Qualifications

The Consulting Product Analyst within the PSG Solution Delivery team is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of integration and workflow solutions supporting the Physician Services Group (PSG) within HCA Healthcare. This role partners with business stakeholders, operational leadership, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and deliver scalable integration solutions supporting revenue cycle and physician billing operations.

The position serves as a senior member of the Open Connect team, supporting strategic integration initiatives, operational improvements, and AI-enabled automation efforts, including Agentic Development initiatives. This role also provides ongoing operational support for Open Connect integrations and requires frequent onsite collaboration with business and operational leaders.

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Open Connect integration solutions within the PSG environment
  • Partner with business stakeholders, operational leadership, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, perform gap analysis, and design scalable integration solutions supporting physician billing and revenue cycle operations
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, workflow validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise for integration development, implementation, operational support, and workflow optimization efforts
  • Evaluate and support AI-enabled automation, Agentic Development initiatives, and emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency, workflow automation, and scalability
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts with operational leaders, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to manage project delivery, risks, dependencies, and operational alignment
  • Maintain project documentation, workflow mappings, operational procedures, testing standards, and requirements traceability throughout the solution lifecycle
  • Develop scalable and supportable solutions aligned with operational and enterprise standards
  • Present project updates, risks, recommendations, and operational impacts to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support and enhance existing Open Connect integrations through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, production support, and continuous process improvement efforts
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic direction and long-term growth of the Open Connect team
What Qualifications You Will Need:
  • College graduate preferred
  • Five or more years of relevant experience
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience within a large IT organization preferred
  • Moderate SQL experience required, including the ability to analyze data, validate workflows, troubleshoot integration issues, and support operational reporting needs
  • Experience collaborating directly with operational business teams to gather requirements, facilitate workflow analysis, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate operational and project risks
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to facilitate frequent in-person working sessions and collaborate onsite with business and operational leadership
  • 3–5 years of HCA ITG experience highly desired
  • Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, physician billing workflows, and operational process integration preferred
