DevOps Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud, AKS administration, Kubernetes architecture, Docker, Helm, Kustomize, ingress controllers, service mesh, Azure Dev Ops pipelines, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git Ops, Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, Ansible, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Key Vault, Entra , Power Shell, Python, and Bash scripting.

• Lead the design, implementation, and operation of Azure Kubernetes Service platforms and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate build, test, deployment, and release processes, and enable blue-green/canary deployment strategies.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and Git Ops adoption using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, and ArgoCD. Implement observability, SLI/SLO/SLA dashboards, production incident response, RCA, and problem management.
• Integrate Dev Sec Ops  controls including security scanning, vulnerability management, Key Vault, managed identities, and RBAC. Coordinate with development, architecture, security, business, onsite, and offshore teams to support cloud-native retail and eCommerce platforms.
