LaSalle Network is hiring for an IT Support Technician I role with a growing organization seeking a customer-focused technology professional to join their IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and expanding their technical skill set across a modern Microsoft environment.
The ideal IT Support Technician I will bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for helping people. This role will provide hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows environments, hardware deployments and day-to-day technology needs across the organization. The team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running while continuing to learn and grow alongside experienced IT professionals.
What'sthe job?
- Provide responsive technical support to employees across all levels of the organization
- Create, modify and disable user accounts within Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One Drive and Share Point
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware, software and application issues
- Assist with laptop deployments, hardware refreshes, asset tracking and equipment lifecycle management
- Perform endpoint troubleshooting, patching, antivirus monitoring and device maintenance
- Resolve basic network issues involving Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, VPN, DNS and printers
- Support conference room technology, audio/visual equipment and VoIP systems
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to internal knowledge base resources
- Partner with vendors and third-party providers when needed
- Assist with IT projects, office technology initiatives and process improvements
- Explore and leverage AI productivity tools to improve documentation and support efficiency
- 2–5 years of hands‑on IT support experience in a professional environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Knowledge of Active Directory user administration, password resets and group permissions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments
- Experience supporting hardware, software, printers and basic networking issues
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Strong problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Competitive hourly compensation ($28–$32/hour)
