Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer to join their team!
Responsibilities- Handle escalated L2 helpdesk tickets across multiple client environments
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365/Active Directory
- Own and resolve tickets end-to-end while meeting SLA expectations
- Provide remote and occasional onsite support
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base improvement
- 2–3+ years of IT support experience (L2)
- Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, networking basics, and enterprise apps
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN concepts
- Strong communication and customer service skills in a client-facing environment
- Familiarity with Kaseya, Auto Task, or IT Glue
- CompTIA or Microsoft certifications
- Exposure to Windows/Mac environments
