Manager, Finance Technology Application Support – Oracle Finance

• Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, Friday remote)
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent | Reports to VP | ~10% Travel
• Eligibility: U.S. work authorization required (No visa sponsorship or relocation)

Role Overview A leading national healthcare organization is hiring a hands‑on working manager to lead the support, stability, and optimization of its enterprise Oracle Finance ecosystem (Fusion/EBS). This role balances people leadership and vendor management with deep functional troubleshooting in core financial modules

Key Responsibilities

• Application & Production Support: Drive day‑to‑day functional support, root‑cause analysis, and incident escalation across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, Cost Accounting, and Cash Management.
• Team & Vendor Leadership: Manage internal staff and third‑party managed‑service providers; establish SLAs, allocate workloads, and drive vendor accountability.
• Enhancements & Releases: Prioritize enhancement requests, manage system patches/upgrades, and oversee functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Integrations & Data: Partner with data teams to resolve interface failures and ensure reliable data flow between Oracle and external financial systems.
• Business Partnership & Transformation: Act as the liaison to Finance leadership; translate business needs into technical solutions and support modernization initiatives (AP automation, OCR, AI integration, EPM).

Core Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years in enterprise ERP/Finance technology support.
• Technical Expertise: Hands‑on functional support experience with Oracle Finance applications (GL and AP required; AR, FA, Projects, or Cost Accounting preferred).
• Leadership: Proven experience managing support teams and third‑party/managed‑service vendors as a hands‑on technical lead.
• Operations: Strong background in production incident management, release management, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS Financials expertise.
• Experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS), AP automation/OCR, or payment modernization.
• Background in the healthcare industry or shared‑services environments.
• Master’s degree or relevant accounting/finance background.
