Lead Systems Specialist

IDR is seeking a Lead Systems Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role focuses on providing advanced IT support and leadership across multiple facilities, supporting critical business systems and applications within a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview for the Lead Systems Specialist:

• Lead-level IT support role focused on advanced troubleshooting, Tier 2 support, and problem management across facilities.
• Reviews, tracks, and processes service incidents and requests while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting across computers, networking, storage, software, and various technology platforms.

Requirements for the Lead Systems Specialist:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college/university.
• 6+ years of experience in computer, software, and networking troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of Service Desk Support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications/M365.
• Experience with computer/user setup and printing capabilities.
