In-House and Litigation Counsel

In-House Employment and Litigation Counsel (On-Site / Full-Time)

Latitude is excited to partner with a Nashville‑area in‑house legal department to add an experienced, business‑focused employment attorney. This role provides legal support across corporate, litigation, and operational matters, with primary focus on labor and employment matters, including traditional labor and union experience.

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including in‑house or a combination of law firm and in‑house work
• Broad in‑house generalist skill set
• Experience with litigation management and/or labor and employment matters
• Strong judgment and ability to deliver practical, business‑oriented legal advice in a regulated environment
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (or eligible for in‑house exemption)
• Outstanding professional references

Pay:
The salary range for this role is $140,000 – $175,000, based on work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
