Responsibilities

  • Assist with workforce forecasting and staffing plans.
  • Monitor daily staffing levels and schedule adherence.
  • Create, maintain, and publish employee schedules.
  • Analyze workforce trends, attendance, productivity, and service-level metrics.
  • Support real-time operational monitoring and staffing adjustments.
  • Generate workforce reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Clinical Leadership, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Identify staffing gaps and recommend schedule adjustments.
  • Maintain workforce management systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across workforce operations.
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; workforce management software experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Customer‑service mindset with strong accountability.
  • Adaptable to changing operational priorities.
  • Interest in healthcare operations and workforce optimization.
  • Passion for supporting nursing teams and operational excellence.
