The Leadership Development Program Manager designs, facilitates, and orchestrates leadership programs that help leaders grow real skills while staying grounded in our mission of Care for Who I Am.This role blends presence and planning. You will be in the room with leaders and behind the scenes making sure the experience is thoughtful, consistent, and scalable.

Facilitate live, virtual, and in-person leadership development experiences across Compassus Manage cohorts, timelines, materials, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience

Partner with internal stakeholders to align leadership development with Compassus strategy and priorities Help leaders understand the connection between how they lead and how teams experience care Experience in leadership development, learning facilitation, or organizational development Strong facilitation presence with the ability to connect authentically with leaders Program management skills with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to balance structure with flexibility Strong written and verbal communication skills Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
