Operations Manager, Fellowship Kids Ministry

Overview

Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to join our team as the Kids Ministry Operations Manager. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the ministry environments where children and families encounter Jesus. This role serves as a key operational support for Fellowship Kids across both the Brentwood and Franklin campuses, ensuring that weekend services, Kids events, volunteer systems, and communication workflows are executed with excellence, clarity, and consistency.

The Kids Ministry Operations Manager will help manage ministry systems and processes, including TouchPoint (our church database), eSpace scheduling, volunteer pipeline coordination, and communication requests, in partnership with the Communications Team, to support staff teams and volunteers and ensure operational readiness on a week-to-week basis. We are looking for someone who thrives on details, enjoys managing systems, and is passionate about supporting the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the ministry running smoothly.
